-Joint participation with partner company Cybereason... Raising awareness of cybersecurity importance to target domestic market
Doosan Digital Innovation (CEO Justin Park, hereinafter DDI) will participate jointly with global security company Cybereason in the '2023 World Security Expo & e-Government Information Security Solution Fair (SECON & eGISEC 2023)' held at KINTEX, Ilsan from March 29 to 31, targeting the domestic market.
Now in its 22nd year, the 'World Security Expo (SECON)' is Korea's first security-specialized exhibition held since 2001, and since 2012, it has been held simultaneously with the 'e-Government Information Security Solution Fair (eGISEC)', making it Asia's largest integrated security exhibition. This year's exhibition will showcase domestic and international security market trends and technological trends including △information security △smart city security △Internet of Things (IoT) security △access control solutions.
On the first day of the exhibition, DDI's Security Business Team Leader Ma Ki-pyoung will share 'Cyber Security Market Trends' with government and industry officials. He will also introduce the strengths of the 'Cybereason EDR Solution', which is being developed based on Doosan Group's information technology (IT) system construction and operation know-how.
DDI has also prepared various events for visitors to participate in. Along with mini-sessions within the exhibition booth, they plan to operate a demo zone where visitors can experience the Cybereason solution and conduct a QR survey event.
The 'Cybereason EDR Solution' provided by DDI is a multi-layered defense solution that can automatically detect and preemptively respond to malicious activities occurring on endpoints such as computers, mobile devices, and servers in real-time using technologies like artificial intelligence, big data and behavioral analysis, and machine learning. It has strengths such as △analysis of over 200,000 endpoints per security analyst, the highest in the industry △highest malware detection rate △lowest malware false positive rate.
Notably, it detected 100% of 109 items in last year's MITRE ATT&CK evaluation, a representative test in the security industry, and was selected as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Endpoint Security Platforms on the 2nd of this month.
Meanwhile, DDI acquired the highest grade (Level 1) of GS (Good Software) certification in the second half of last year to enter public and government institutions, and is pushing to register and purchase the Cybereason EDR solution in the procurement system within the first half of this year.
